SYNOPSIS
Commissioned by a collaboration of the Dreamers Theatre and Firehouse Theatre in Richmond, Virginia, Inside Cloud 9 follows the story of three adults with autism, as they try to get through the day and put on a show, battling their Bad Thoughts. Based on interviews and stories from the Dreamers cast, this sometimes dramatic comedy features a heartwarming score, guiding into a taste of what life is like slightly on the outside of typical.
PRODUCTION HISTORY
Inside Cloud 9 was a commission from Dreamers Theatre and Firehouse Theatre, and premiered at Firehouse with the talented Dreamers cast in July, 2017. It was revived as part of Richmond's Acts of Faith festival in March, 2018.
